Founded in 2016 by Jonathan Turner, Park Lake Property Management was built on a simple belief: exceptional community management should be personal.

Before founding Park Lake, Jonathan worked with a larger HOA management firm, gaining valuable experience while also seeing firsthand what can be lost as management companies grow—personal attention, accessibility, and responsive service.

Park Lake was created to offer something different.
