Online HOA Payments

With the online portal, you will be able to make online payments using either e-check or credit cards.

1. REGISTER:  To register for the online portal, go to https://parklakepm.cincwebaxis.com/ and click on the "Register" button. You will need your Account Number, your unit address and an email address to register. Once you have registered, it may take a day or so for your account to be activated. 

 

​2. PASSWORD:  Once your registration request is reviewed and validated by Park Lake Property Management, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. (check your spam) You can then log in with your email address and new password to make payments and access information about your community.

3. PAY:  Once you have an active account, you can login to your portal and make a payment from inside there or you can go to  to https://parklakepm.cincwebaxis.com/account/quickpay to make a payment. You can pay by ACH or credit card.

4. AUTO RECURRING:  Our website also allows you to set up automatic recurring payments.  To setup your recurring payments, log into your account and then click the Pay Assessments Link.  On the Pay Assessments page, you can choose to set up your recurring payments for echecks or credit card by clicking on the New Recurring Echeck or New Recurring Credit Card link.
